dash gauges,power windows,heater blower,radio,stops working and then they will start back in about 10 minutes,they will not stop while i,m driving car,they all stops at the same time and starts back at the same time,need help badly.

This sounds like a ground problem. Have you checked to make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight, the ground to the engine block is clean and tight and the body ground straps are in good condition and not loose, broken, or rusted?
