What are the steps to the passenger side wiper arm?

I have removed the nut but still can't seem to pull the arm off.

The pin between the wiper arm and the transmission arm is sheared.

How do I replace this?

Side note: The J tool is a puller designed to remove the arm from the tapered/splined shaft that it is attached to. Sometimes you can get your fingers under them on both sides and wiggle them while pulling up until it comes off
