Well, this problem has been occuring over the last month or so. The car runs good when I'm at normal speeds, but sometimes, when I'm at a stop sign or stop light, the car idles like it wants to die. It never has, and sometimes it idles fine. But at other times, it idles down, then back up, then down, then up. The car doesn't jerk at normal speeds.

Hello,

You might have an issue with the idle air control valve (IAC).
The IAC is located on the side of the throttle body.

The IAC could be dirty or have a weak pintle spring.
Overtime the IAC can accumulate dirt particles inside and that will restrict air flow. Which will trigger erratic idle. Same can happen if the spring is weak.
Cleaning out the IAC can improve the idle quality.
