My car ran fine I parked it at work and when I came out from work it would not start, it cranks over but it won't try to fire, I've got all kinds of spark but no fuel is getting into the cylinders, any Ideas?

First we have to split down the system to find out if its in the fuel rail computer or the fuel pump.

Perform a fuel pressure test and get back to me with what you find.

I don't have any fuel pressure at the test port, but I can hear the fuel pump cycling when I first turn the key on, there also is a brand new fuel filter on this car.

I didn't have any pressure with the return line pinched off either, but the only place I could get at a flexible line was at the fuel tank and I'm not 100 percent sure it was the fuel return line, there is two lines marked fuel and one goes to the fuel filter so I know that one is the supply line but I can't follow where the other one goes.
Also when I reconnected the fuel pressure gauge to the test port after the car had been sitting for a couple of days I have fuel at the test port, but after a couple of "hits" while cranking the car it's gone and I don't have fuel there anymore.

Sounds like you might have a fuel pump issue, does gas come out of it every time you turn the key? Sure you have gas in the tank?

The pump is turning on you say?

Pumps turning on but no pressure?

If you sit there and repeatedly turn the key you get pressure?

If the return line is pinched off pressure should build.

If not the pump is probably shot since its turning on but not pumping.
