1999 Pontiac Grand Am key igniton

Have you tried a different key? I have seen keys that have worn out and no longer work. Also, if you have tried a different one and it still doesn't work, try to lubericate the tumbler (where the key goes). THey make a special lube for them. You can get it at any parts store.
