How do I put the chip in my pontiac. I cant figure it out.

1996 and later have OBDII PCM's. Eariler (95 eariler) have the PROM chip pictured, 96 and later do not have a removeable chip.

This is either for an eariler model or there should be another unit the chip plugs into and then plugs into the pcm.
