I have started having this problem about two months ago. I leave my car sit over night and in the morning it runs really rough. Twice my car has stalled and the battery light came on. I already changed the throttle position sensor, the air sensor, the coolant temperature sensor, the fuel filter and the fuel pump. Can someone please help?

Hi shygmichigan, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation.

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following-inspect and test all the following below:
1. Defective spark plug.
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
