Yep.
If you signed the papers, and he did the work, and then you don't pay.

Yes they can get ownership of your car.

We can still do it if you don't sign the papers, it's just harder.

I did not sign the papers, and it looked like he did not do the work but he want to charge me with storage fees. What should I do?
