From Tires Making Funny Noise

I just had my four tires rotated and balanced. Now I hear a noise from the front wheels. It's like you hear the tires rotating.

My car does not shimmy when driving fast. It does not pull to any one side either.

I have not changed my brake pads/rotors ever since I owned the vehicle.

I need help on determining what is making the rotating tire noise.
