Engine Mechanical problem
2007 Pontiac G6 6 cyl Automatic 52785 miles

My service light came on last Friday. I took it to Autozone so they could do the free check. It came back with P0300 which could be caused by about 8 different things listed. What is the likely cause. My engine has been running rough but I figured that was the mileage on the car. Otherwise, it runs fine.

A PO300 is a "Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected". You are right. It could be a few things. At the mileage you have on the car, you shouldn't have any problems. Have you tried new plugs (basic tune up)?
