1999 Pontiac Firebird V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual alot miles

My drivers side headlight will not come up

The head light motor is bad will cost 122 dollars plus tax just had to buy one but there is a manual adjuster right beside the headlight that will raise and lower it by hand
