1997 Pontiac Firebird no ignition or fuel pump will not sta

When I turn the key to start the car nothing works and none of the dash lights come on. Check engine light, odometer, etc.

Check all the fusible links.

I checked all of the fusible links near the battery all were OK.I am going to look at it today.I will check for voltage at PCM IGN and PCM BAT fuses
