1968 Pontiac Firebird Two Wheel Drive

Hello guys im restoring a 1968 firebird and im trying to figure out how to get these front coil springs on the control arms. I would like to know how to do it and what will be needed.. thanks

for a novice it is better to get a spring compressor and compress the spring and then drop the lower control arm to get it out. Just do the reverse installing the new one.
