MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT JUST CAME ON, THE CAR SEEMS TO RUN FINE BUT WHEN I COME TO A STOP, MY OIL PRESSURE GAUGE STARTS MOVING VERY LOW & I HEAR A BEEPING FROM DASHBOARD. WHEN I SPEED UP TO NORMAL CONDITIONS, THE GAUGE GOES BACK UP TO WHAT SEEMS NORMAL PRESSURE. THE GUAGE BOUNCES WHEN I START TO SLOW DOWN.

The CEL being On -you have a problem within the engine management system take it to Autozone and have them scan the computer for code/s its free service to the public. This is your starting point.
