Directly in the middle of the power steering pump and alternator is the "Belt Tensioner".
In the middle of this pulley is a 18mm bolt. The best tool to use is a 24" long breaker bar with a 18mm socket. (You can use a 18mm wrench)
Just put the socket over the bolt and pull upwards. This takes off the tension on the belt and allows you to slip it off.
Just remember how the belt wraps around the pulleys when you're ready to reinstall it.
