Car has never had any problems. I am a single mom with 2 kids and no family in the area. My starter went out and I had a friend put a new one in. Since then the check engine light would come on yellow and turn the car off. We changed the thermostat. Thermostat housing. Thermostat sensor, tune up, changed all filters. Yet I can be driving down the road and it will turn off and cant restrt it if at all for hours? Autozone diagnostic said we should change the thermsostat sensor, but obviously my kids and I are on foot. Please help

Hi:
It sounds like a sensor problem or fuel related. The only way to know which direction to check for spark and fuel when the car won't start.

If you need help or directions, let me know.
