I am getting a lean code on my truck. Changed fuel filter, fuel pump, O2 changed less than year ago. fuel pressure forty two pounds when running. Here is the big question; There is no pressure with the key on engine off, could this cause the lean code/

lean codes are caused by a bunch of things, vacuum leaks for one. retest fuel pressure see picture for checking. it may have a bad pressure regulator on it. also, check brake booster as they can leak causing the vacuum leak.
