stalling and rough idle

1996 Plymouth Voyager with 180,000 miles recently rebuilt the top end of engine, now it stalls when you approach a stop sign or traffic light sometimes. Also,
it has a rough idle when in gear and not moving.
Also, windshield wipers come on occasionally by their self. I have installed new plugs and plug wires, and a new rotor button. Can you help?

HAve the computer checked for codes to get an insight. Will need engine size also.

sounds to me like an electrical issue, have the shop look over all the connections. If you had the top end done recently they should have performed these checks anyways. Bring it back and tell them what has been happening
