Hello, battery has a full charge, connections ok? If your saying the starter won't even crank, check the circuits at the starter relay in the power distribution center, under the hood. Might be a problem with ignition switch, can't tell, yet?

I'm not a mechanic, but reading online. Does sound like the ignition switch. I had iginition replaced last year. Mechanic thinks it may be computer itself or "cluster" (whatever that is). Just need to drive to dealer for trade-in (cash for clunkers)

You can unplug the relay, use a teslite. Terminal 30 is hot all the time, terminal 86 goes hot with the key in the crank position. You can also check the fuse and breaker in the diagram.
