Cooling fan to radiator continues to run after engine is turned off. The only way to stop it is to disconnect the battery.

On most makes and model the radiator fan will run for a few minutes after the vehicle is turned off to help cool the engine.
If that is not the case with yours find the coolant fan relay it is most likely stuck closed and tap on it if the fan shuts off replace the relay.
The relay is located under the hood in the Power Distribution Box.
