HI, MY NAME IS JOHN AND RECENTLY MY VOYAGER HAS BEEN RUNNING POORLY IN WET WEATHER.
I BELIEVE THIS IS A DISTRIBUTORLESS IGNITION SYSTEM.I DON'T BELIEVE THE SPARK PLUGS OR WIRES HAVE BEEN CHANGED IN THE LAST 100,000 MILES. COULD THIS BE ARC JUMPING.

Sounds distinctly possible. Time to replace spark plugs and perhaps wires anyway. Arcing will leave a carbon trail on the plug insulator or inside the wire boot. Reinstall wire boots with a small dab of dielectric grease to prevent moisture problems in the future and make subsequent removal easier.
