The flashing leds means a problem was detected or the battery was recently disconnected or run dead. If it is a battery issue, the calibration and cooldown tests must be run although most of the functions should still work. If nothing happened to the battery, a problem with the actuators or sensors must be diagnosed and repaired, or the computer must be replaced.
