Throwing parts at a problem is a very expensive way to troubleshoot it. There's a very good chance you will be paying the price for the manufacturer's use of complicated, unreliable, expensive, unnecessary computers. Don't know what the problem was, but they found a solution to it!
All of the things that don't work have one thing in common; the Body computer, and it's a high-failure item. This is not a do-it-yourself project, in fact, it's miserable for the professionals to replace. Diagnostics of this system is best left to the Dodge dealer.
