Hello,

The heater fan on my Grand Voyager works fine, but it does not blow any hot or even warm air on either the heater outlets or the defroster.

What could the problem be?

Could the solution be simplier than replacing the heater core? If I do have to replace the heater core, how would I do that?

I would appreciate your expert advice.

Sincerely,

Carl

Hi Carl. Welcome to the forum. It's real common for sediment to plug the heater cores because they're up so high. Pull the hoses off and run water through from a garden hose both ways.

Also watch the water control valve to see if it changes position with the AC on and off. If it doesn't change, check for a break in the vacuum hose attached to it.
