1989 Plymouth Colt 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My horn doesn't work. How do I check it.

Fuse panel is located under instrument panel on driver's side of vehicle. Fusible link wires are used to protect a number of circuits. These links will melt in the event of excessive current flow. Replace after determining cause.
