Well we changed the head gasket and put it back together and it will run if you pure gas down the carb but it is geting gas it just will not stay running without someone puring gas in the carburator.

You mentioned it is getting gas. However, have you checked the fuel pump pressure. It may be low. Also, you said down the carb. Is it fuel injected or does it have a carb? Let me know on that. Also, check for a pinched fuel line.
