Hi:
First you need to remove the cowl at the bottom of the windshield. To do that, first remove the wiper arms, open the hood, and remove the screws that hold the cowl, and remove it. Next, disconnect the electrical plug to the wiper motor. Unbolt the motor and begin to pull the shaft through the firewall. You will need to disconnect the motor from the wiper linkage. When replacing, reverse the process.
