2005 Peugeot 407 Mass airflow sensor

I highly doubt it. Im not familiar with those vehicles, but sensors are just plug-n-play almost every time. They simply give feedbcak to the computer of whatever it is that they are reading (air flow, coolant temp) The computers themselves are what require programming.
