Replaced PCM with a used PCM experiencing slow transmission shifting

The problem is my PCM was stolen from my car. I tried to get a second hand, but after you install PCM the car starts and drives but it takes long to change gears. The rpm will go between 3,000 and 4,000 to change from starting gear.

Good morning,

The first thing I would do is to take it somewhere and have the replacement PCM flashed to your vehicle. The reason the transmission is not working correctly may be from the PCM.

The transmission control is done by this module. The donor unit may have had a different transmission.
