Cylinder one misfire. Changed coil packs and plugs. That code went away. Then started with stalling out. Had to drive it like a stick so it wouldn’t cut off. Now it’s showing signs of a bad alternator but if it sits for a while it’s like it rejuvenated and I can crank it up without jumping it.

Good morning,

Do you have any codes set? They will help me narrow the area of failure.

You need to check the charging system voltage while the engine is running to see if the system is working correctly.

As far as the stalling, check the throttle body for any carbon build up on the plate.

I’ve switched the crankshaft sensor a week ago. What’s the possibility of it being the PCM? And is there an actual way to check the PCM.

Can you please give me the letter in front of the code?

It would be a P, B, C or U.

Okay, that is a lot of codes.

Try this. Clear all the codes as see what returns first.

The PCM is common to most of them but needs to be confirmed. You will need an advanced scan tool to monitor all these systems t see if they are being controlled by the PCM.

110 does not show up. Can you confirm that code?

I attached possible issues for all the codes below.

Okay. I just tested the alternator. The voltage off was 11.8. Engine running and accessories on it dropped to 11.4. I also could be the problem. I went to to test the alternator the old way and unhook the negative terminal while car was running. I read that if done on newer cars that it could short out the PCM.

Okay, that never was and never will be a test for the alternator. You cannot remove the cable with the engine running. You will damage electronics with that move.

The alternators require battery voltage to operate. By removing the cable, it will never work.

With all the issues you have, I would say the PCM.
