The passengers airbag alarm has been coming on, the code is B0113. I have had dealer clear it twice but now it seems it will not clear. The dealer wants $1,400.00 to replace airbag and I am afraid that they are just changing a bag and following there checklist. Bottom line they may not be addressing the real problem.

That code is for the actual explosive charge inside the airbag. It means the SRS computer has detected that the squib is shorted to battery voltage. This could be in the wiring harness but is more likely to be in the actual airbag module itself. Until it is repaired the light will stay on because the system is disabled so none of the bags will deploy.
You may find an independent shop who can test the system and do the repair at a better price.
