P2431 code

My CEL came on and is showing a p2431 code ( via Autozone) which they say is a secondary air injection sensor. The car idles at 1,400 rpm's at start up for sixty seconds, but runs fine. I have had issues with the secondary air system for several months. Eleven months ago I replaced the combi valve and no CEL. A couple of months later the CEL returns and I replace the PCV and no CEL. The CEL is on again. Is the P2431 a generic code or when it specifically mentions the secondary air injection sensor. Does that mean it should be replaced?
