You need to use a scan tool to reset the throttle position sensor to the idle position. Generally, this code sets if you clean the throttle body or if the throttle body has been replaced or the position sensor in it is showing defects. Many of the aftermarket scan tools will read this code and can walk you through the reset process. It cannot be done without a scan tool on a Toyota. Unlike others where disconnecting the battery erases the learned values that doesn't always work on the Toyotas without causing other faults due to disconnecting the battery.
You can try it though if you wish, just don't be surprised if other codes come up. For the reset, disconnect the negative battery cable. Let the car set for about 5 minutes. Reconnect and see if it has erased the code. Now if this resets everything it will take some driving for it to relearn the various sensor inputs again.

You need to follow the reset process for the vehicle. Without having mine connected up I'm not sure what the exact process would be. The service info we use doesn't list your model, but Toyota uses similar methods. Most have you reset the idle then drive it so it can relearn the actual idle speed setting to use from the zero baseline. The code should go away once reset.

Throttle reset = zero point = idle reset Just different terms for the same thing, based mostly on translation or copywrite where one company says, "This is our term, you need to come up with your own" Sort of like The Forward Control Module = Body Control Module = Fords GEM. Really all do the same thing but have different names. It can be annoying because some scan tools use one term for all brands, you look in the service information and don't find the item because you are using the "wrong" name.

Please ask this as a new question, we try to limit topics to one problem and one vehicle to permit easier searching later.
