Code P0700 4L60E

4L60E transmission stopped shifting into third on the highway. I had this problem exactly one year ago and swapped it with another used transmission. This time I swapped all solenoids and flushed the fluid. Upon test drive it still wouldn't shift into third and it tripped a 0700 it never tripped before. Took to a transmission shop, they rebuilt it the transmission, I took it home, the very next morning it tripped P0700 code and keeps popping fuse 19 (TCM FUSE). I ran a ground specifically from the TCM tot eh body of the truck and this did not work. It keeps popping the same fuse. Do I need to replace the wiring harness for the valve body or the TCM.

Hello,

Lets unplug the transmission and then replace the fuse to see if it pops. Also I have included the transmission wiring diagrams so you can see how it works. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
