Check engine light on, code P0256

This sounds like two separate problems, the code P0256 Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control B Malfunction (Cam/Rotor/Injector) which I have seen the fuel pump that is going out can cause the issue because the computer can control the fuel pressure but to be sure here is how to check the fuel pressure in general with specific instruction in the diagrams below. Please re-post the overheating and A/C issue which should be related.

Fuel Pressure (Key "on", Engine "off") .................... 345-395 kpa (50-57 psi)

Okay, will do. I got fan problem fixed, it was a bad relay.

I’ll be checking fuel pressure today.
