Have an ongoing p0174 and p1151. I also have a buzz sound when depressing the accelerator pedal. I isolated it to the circuit in the power distribution box (INJ30 fuse). When removed the buzz stops. What all is on this circuit? Is there a wiring diagram and pin out for everything on the INJ30 circuit? Also the exhaust seems low output for pressure not sure if it's a possible plugged catalytic converter causing the p0174 lean code and low voltage 1151 for bank 2 the oxygen sensors on bank 1 and 2 upstream are new sensors. No vacuum leaks detected in system. Could the EVR cause the p0174 and P1151?

Good morning,

The 174 is a lean condition on bank 2.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/repair-lean-mixture-codes-p0171-or-p0174-on-some-manufacturers

Very common failure for this is low fuel pressure. Test the pressure to be sure. I attached the pressure below.

The 1151 is also for lack of fuel. The sensor is not switching from the lack of fuel.

We can only deal with one issue at a time as per site rules.

Please start a new question for the other concerns and I will be glad to help

Roy

The intake gaskets on these are extremely common at my dealership. The easiest way to verify this is to pull up the o2s21 and o2s11 pids on your scanner, then while the engine is cold (first start) spray the lower intake area while looking at the voltage on your scan tool, if it spikes up when you spray, bobs your uncle=intake gaskets and you're done. Here are some images that should help you.
