Code P0033, Turbocharger/Supercharger Bypass Valve "A" Control Circuit?

P0033 Turbocharger/Supercharger Bypass Valve "A" Control Circuit

Car was off the road on a trickle charger for 5 months and every year I get codes when I put it back on the road. Disconnect the battery and all is well but this year the P0033 code is sticking around. The car runs and drives fine and looks like it's the "Supercharger Bypass valve adjustment" Any help with fixing this code is appreciated. Thanks!

The control circuit code is the issue which happens when the wiring is bad, or the bypass valve has gone out. Most of the time it will be the valve here is the location and how to change it out which should fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
