Code P0013 B camshaft positioning actuator circuit/ open bank 1

I recently had my motor swapped out since the old one overheated and blew the head gaskets. When the mechanic swapped it I got my car back with a p0013. I tried swapping out the rear camshaft positioning sensor but nothing. What else could be triggering this?

This could be a number of things but if you swapped out the sensor then the most likely cause is a wiring or terminal pin fitment issue.

Please take a look at the testing and let's run through this to determine what the issue is.
