Overheating

i have this car at my garage. it has an overheating problem.
when turning on the car the temperature starts rising even after the fan comes on the temp keeps on rising , only after turning on the heater it starts to come down but again the fan keeps on going .
i replaced the thermostat checked the radiator for leaks or etc. checked the water pump for damage. all is okay, but the car is still overheating.

pressure check cooling system for an internal leak like a head gasket. also, when hot check radiator for cold spots if any radiator is bad. there is also a chemical additive to check for a head gasket leak. this should be done with a full cooling system.
