Overheated

Apparently the car has been slowly leaking a lot for few days and just today it overheated.

Okay. If it overheats we need to find where the leak is. If it is an external leak then you need to fill the system with water and then pressurize the system and then find where the leak is. If it is not leaking externally then we need to test the head gasket to find out if it is leaking internally.
