Overdrive blinking/ 4x4 not working?

The overdrive button continuously blinks on and off at random. Sometimes when the light does not blink, the transmission shifts rough, and the light comes back up. Fuses are good.

4x4 not initiating. Automatic hubs with button on the inside cab. There is a clicking sound and the light goes on, but the front tires do not spin.

The clicking noise could be the transfer case mode actuator that is not working here is the location so you can check it out and replace it if needed. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. They call it an electric shift motor.
