This is going to vary depending on the part you buy and the door rate at the shop you have do it. However, assuming you use the OEM part and they charge $100.00 per hour it should be around $450.00 after all taxes and shop charges.

Also, they are going to want to make sure the head did not warp when it overheated and they do that by testing the head gasket. Here is a guide that helps with that.
