Open loop fault

Okay, my vehicle is misfiring very bad to where I'd don't want to stay running unless I keep my foot on the gas and feather the gas pedal. I ran a micro mechanic obd2 scanner and it threw multiple misfire code every time I scanned the computer. It also threw fuel injector 3 circuit fault code occasionally but not every time. So I went and downloaded a different obd2 diagnostic APP to see if it would tell me more in depth info and the only code the new app throws consistently is the open loop fault code.

If there is any other info I could gather to help you help me just let me know and I'll gather it to the best of my abilities. I know some about working on cars enough to get by but I'm more of a parts changer than a mechanic if you can tell me what's broke I can fix or replace the broken parts but it's super hard for me to diagnose the problem for some reason.
