1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass Spark Plugs And check engine light

I need to know is there something I should know about changing plugs, and also engine light is on, It try's to stall when at light or taken off.

What you need to do is have the computer scanned for OBD2 codes and comeback with it-this is where we start to determine why its trying to stall. Disregard the sparkplugs for the time being take care of this 1st.
