The lock mechanism slipped in my rear driver side door. I was able to get the inner door panel off, but I am still unable to see the business end of the lock bar. How do I get in there to fix it?

The lock mechanism slipped in my rear driver side door. I was able to get the inner door panel off, but I am still unable to see the business end of the lock bar. How do I get in there to fix it?
