I have changed the spark plugs, fuel filter, o2 sensor, ran countless fuel injector cleaner through this car but it seems to have the same problem. I need some help.

What happens is. The car will run fine for a while then it will get a little heated up (driven a little) and it will start sputtering and it will countinuously die. It has a LOW LOW idle then if you push the gas it just kills it. Then if you sit there for about 3 minutes it will start back up again and run fine for a few. Then BAM same problem over and over. Ran it on a scan machine down at the auto parts store and all it said was an o2 lean so now im out of ideas any help? Any help apperciated. Thanks Guys :)

Check the idle air control valve/throttle position sensor/EGR valve if it has one and clean out the throttle body/plate and also check fuel pressure-
