1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass turns over but doesn't turn on

Electrical problem
1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

never had problems with car, just didn't want to turn although it sounds like its about to. Fuel pump seems to be working because I can hear it when key is turned, spark plugs seem to be ok, what else should look at? Thanks for the time

To better assist you is your model a Cutlass Ciera, Ciera S, Ciera SL, Cruiser S, Cruiser SL, Supreme, Supreme International, or Supreme S? Also what is your engine size in liter and the 8th digit of your VIN.

Last what is the mileage on your car?
