1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass emergency brake locked on

How do I get the emergency brake on my car unlocked. The release by the brake is busted and now the brakes are locked on?

Well if you still have the cable that went to the brake release under the dash there you can pull the metal line out through it. It works like a bike brake the metal line pulls on the release on the other end.
