2001 Oldsmobile Aurora Seat Heating Element-Driver's Side

I am wondering what the most common cause of an in-op heated seat is. My driver's side seat heat button, when pushed for high or low, comes on, then goes immediately back off. Is there an easy fix-wire plug unplugged under seat, etc, or do I need to order a wiring seat circuit diagram?

In my opinion I would remove the seat cover first and see if it is burnt before I order the wiring seat circuit diagram. If it is burnt you will know for sure that is the problem. In my experience that what I found was the seat element.
