2003 Oldsmobile Alero Possibly scraped bottom of my car

Shakes or Wobbles problem
2003 Oldsmobile Alero 4 cyl Automatic 70000 miles

As a mistake I ran my car over a concrete parking stop (while on my cell-i will never talk on my cell while in the car again). I thought I scraped the bottom of my car really badly, but I checked under and nothing was dangling underneath. I thought I heard a hissing sound underneath as I was driving back, but I wasnt sure if it was my car or the car behind me. Now I'm afraid that I damaged the bottom of my car. What should I do? Or look for?
